General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. General:
   Egger Global, owner: Raffael Egger, located at Fabrikstrasse 6, 3800 Interlaken Switzerland,  offers streetwear, sportswear, and accessories through an online shop. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Egger Global and its customers via the online shop. Deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless Egger Global expressly agrees to their validity.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
   A contract is concluded when the customer places an order, which is confirmed by the provider via email. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
   All prices quoted include VAT. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. Any bank fees or additional costs for international transactions are borne by the customer. Invoices are due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Shipping costs range from €3 to €13, depending on the country of delivery. The exact amount will be displayed during the order process.

4. Delivery:
   Delivery times within the EU are 2–5 business days, and internationally 5–10 business days, depending on customs clearance. A minimum order value of €50 applies for international deliveries. The provider is not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure or other unforeseeable events. Should delivery not be possible, the customer will be informed immediately, and any payments already made will be refunded.

5. Right of withdrawal
   : Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the product is not personalized. The product must be intact and undamaged to be eligible for return. Returns must be made in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the delivered product does not correspond to the order.

6. Retention of title
   The goods remain the property of Egger Global until full payment has been made.
